Privacy Policy

TrainingVideos.ie is a trading name of Fresh Face Digital (Company Registration Number: 770394), having its registered office at Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare, Ireland, VAT Number IE4327729QH.

This policy explains what data we collect through this website and how we use it. It doesn't cover the training-record data processing we do on behalf of a client company — that's covered in full in our Service Agreement, which the client's own manager agrees to on the company's behalf.

1. Cookies and tracking

We don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind. Browsing this website anonymously (the homepage, About, or any public page) sets no cookie at all. The only cookie this site ever sets is a single, strictly necessary session cookie once you log in, so you stay signed in as you navigate — it contains no tracking data and is not shared with any third party.

2. What we collect, and why

• If you create a company account: your name, work email, and password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text), plus your company's name, address, and website if provided — used to set up and operate your account.
• If you agree to our Service Agreement: the billing/accounts-receivable contact details you provide, used to invoice your company for what you've actually used.
• Employee accounts your company's manager creates are entered by that manager, not by us — for that data, your company is the data controller and we act only as a processor on your company's instructions, as set out in the Service Agreement.
• If you use the "Talk to us" form: the name, email, company name, and requested day/time you submit, used only to arrange that conversation.

3. Where your data is stored

All data is hosted and processed within the European Economic Area. We don't sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If a company account is closed, we delete or anonymise the associated data within 12 months, or sooner on written request — the same commitment made in our Service Agreement.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to explain how it's used. To do so, or with any privacy question, email info@trainingvideos.ie. If you're an employee whose account was created by your employer, your employer is the data controller for that account — see the note in Section 2 — so some requests may need to go through them, but we're glad to help either way.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date it was last revised. Last revised: 4 August 2026.
